Pastor Terry Mahan, The Fathers HouseTerry Mahan is the Senior Pastor of The Father’s House Christian Center, a contemporary, trans-denominational, and multi-racial congregation.

He and his wife Anita moved to Lake County in 1996 to pioneer a new church that believes in the potential of people to fulfill their God-given destiny.

Terry is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and Regent University. He has ministered in over 70 nations and is a professor with Christian Life School of Theology.

Pastor Terry is ordained by Rick Godwin of Eagles Nest Christian Fellowship in San Antonio, Texas.  Rick says of Pastor Terry,

“He is a faithful man who has demonstrated unfailing integrity in all aspects of his life and ministry.”

Pastor Terry’s teaching focuses on how to apply the Word into your every day life so you can experience God’s incredible destiny for your life.  His passion is to see “Lives Changed on the Journey of Destiny!”

Pastor Anita Mahan, The Fathers HouseAnita Mahan grew up attending the Catholic Church and was born again at the age of 30.  She met and married Terry Mahan in 1991, and moved to Leesburg in 1996 where they co-founded The Father's House Christian Center.

Pastor Anita was ordained for ministry by The Father’s House in 1999. Anita holds a Master's Degree in Education, and is the founder of  "FOCUS on the WORD", the Women's ministry of The Father's House.

Pastor Anita desires to help women become all that God has called today's woman to be!

A WOMAN OF INFLUENCE who is fully pleasing the Lord, fruitful in good works, growing in the knowledge of God, and strengthened by His Power! (Col. 1:10)

She enjoys spending time with her family, riding her motorcycle, and playing golf.

Pastor Isaac Deas, The Fathers HouseDr. Isaac Deas began attending The Father’s House at its founding and was ordained in 1999.

A dynamic speaker, trainer and consultant, Dr. Deas is a visionary who motivates his  audiences to soar to new heights in their quest to succeed spiritually, emotionally, and financially.  Utilizing a no-nonsense approach to reach objective solutions to every day problems in the home or work place, Dr. Deas has positively affected the lives of many who are seeking change. 

Dr. Deas has over 29 years of experience in individual, marital and family therapy, crisis intervention and counseling to adults and adolescents.  He is well known for his motivational seminars, diversity workshops and training sessions.  He received his doctoral degree in Education from Columbia University in 1990.

Dr. Deas is the Inter-Faith Chaplin at Hospice, Lake & Sumter Counties, an adjunct profession at Lake-Sumter Community College and also has a private Christian Counseling practice in Tavares, Florida.

Dr. Stephen Duke, The Fathers HouseDr. Stephen Duke has been preaching since the age of 17 and has been in full- time ministry for 33 years. He has served as a senior pastor in Long Island, New York as well as 2 churches in Georgia. He has also served as interim pastor, associate pastor, evangelist, and ministered in 19 foreign countries. In the area of education he has served at 14 institutions as president, vice president, executive director, administrator, academic dean, and professor.
 
He received his B.A. from Southeastern University. Dr. Duke has graduate degrees in Bible, Theology, and Practical Theology from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (M.A.; M.Div.) in Springfield, Missouri , Concordia Seminary (S.T.M.; Ph.D. cand.) in St. Louis, Missouri, and Logos Graduate School (Th.D.) in Jacksonville, Florida.
 
His first love is his wife, Pamela of 25 years. Stephen has four sons: Matthew (children’s pastor in NC), Michael, Joshua (in Bible College) and Ryan and has 4 grandchildren.  
 
He is passionate about the vision at The Fathers House, serving the Senior Pastors as acting executive pastor, and using all his years of experience and giftings to see every member have their life changed on their unique journey of destiny.

Pastor Mike Matheny, The Fathers HousePastor Mike attended Florida State University and has been in full time ministry for 6 years.  Mike has spent time in several different denominations: Episcopal, Charismatic Episcopal, Catholic, Baptist & Non-denominational.  

Mike and his wife Jenifer met in West Palm Beach, Fl and were married in 1996.  Mike and Jenifer moved to Leesburg in 1997.  In 2000 they lived in Africa as missionaries with Youth With a Mission, then moved back to Leesburg to start the Youth and Children’s programs at Southpointe Baptist Fellowship.  They joined The Father’s House staff in 2005.

Mike has a passion to see youth develop a Biblical worldview that they can discuss and defend.  All of the programs here at The Father’s House are built to achieve this end.

Mike and Jenifer have 6 children: Richard (20), Tina (18), Cody (16), Krissinda (5), Ayanna (3) & Jasmine a.k.a. Jazzmatazz (2).
